4 Layer High Frequency PCB on Dual 10mil RO4350B Cores for Wireless Antenna Systems

Introduction
Hello Everyone,
We present a 4-layer high-frequency PCB constructed with two 10mil RO4350B cores, bonded together using one sheet of RO4450F prepreg. Depending on signal transmission requirements, the prepreg can consist of one (4mil), two, or three sheets. This board is specifically designed for wireless antenna systems. It has a thickness of 0.80 mm and features a white legend on a green solder mask on both sides, with immersion gold plating on the pads. The boards are manufactured according to IPC 6012 Class 2 standards using the provided Gerber data, and each shipment contains 25 panels.
Enhanced Construction Options
If needed, the prepreg can be increased to 2 or 3 sheets to optimize the PCB for specific applications. The following cross-section illustrates a 3-ply RO4450F construction:
